With the March 2020 publication, Biden was indicated to be POTUS 46.  Were the Democratic leaders smart, TULSI GABBARD would be their candidate in 2024.  Or, the DNC can decide to lose the Oval and then nominate her in 2028.

Of course, BOTH Parties could select candidates who don't rate on the chart...thus ending America in time for World War Three in 2033.
