Trump violates federal law NEWSWEEK SEPTEMBER 2016.

BREAKING STORY 28 SEPTEMBER 2016:
Donald Trump, via "SEVEN ARROWS", conducted business with Castro  -- skirting US Embargo and was blatantly illegal.
Newsweek due to do detailed a story Tomorrow.
For now, it appears the POTUS Candidate has no problems violating Federal Law and then concealing the costs and reporting them as tax deductions.
In the debate -- TRUMP EFFECTIVELY ADMITTED he was "Smart" enough to pay absolutely no taxes -- and that is why he has concealed his tax returns.
Part of being smart is deducting illegal business expenses as charitable deductions.
Looks like TRUMP IS GUILTY OF RACKETEERING and therefore subject to impeachment the minute he is elected.  So the election is now about electing a proven criminal, or electing a woman the criminal falsely asserts is a criminal.

OH POOR VOTERS -- prove they are as stupid as the Republican Party believes, hopes, and has sought to create,... or elect a proven leader.

But it was all predicted in March 2014 "Death Over Life: A Prophecy of America's Destruction"

Saturday, September 24, 2016

Will Republicans shut down government?

It's reported that Ryan would not put anything on the House floor that doesn’t have a majority of Republicans supporting it"  and apparently they are planning to crash the government budget on September 30th.

Representative Bill Flores (Texas), who is chairman of the 170member conservative Republican Study Committee, said he wanted a short-term bill to include language ‘‘to stop Obama..."  But a "SHORT-TERM"  Bill, not a real budget to keep the nation running smoothly.

Naturally, in accordance with THE MOST HARM TO THE MOST PEOPLE agenda and budget would exclude funds for Planned Parenthood or funding to combat the mosquito-borne Zika virus -- linked to birth defects in pregnant women.  If they can harm women and children, they accom[plish one long-term aspect of their customary sub rosa platform agenda.

Would the shutdown help or hurt the almost surefire victory by Trump?

Will the Republicans finally get their wish and destroy  America?  Or will intelligent voters prevail?  FIRST DEBATE in two days ...

Evangelicals should be in "HEAVEN" -- the prophecy is being fulfilled (not that anyone really cares, better to be surprised at their own stupidity).

On Being a 2016 Election Dumbass

I routinely post 2016 Election commentaries involving the concept related to the wisdom of the ancient expression:
THE ENEMY OF MY ENEMY IS MY FRIEND

The net podcast Secular Talk Radio - The Kyle Kulinski Show is a show dedicated to calling Hillary Clinton a criminal,  while also denouncing Donald Trump and lauding the greatness of non-candidate Bernie Sanders.  In numerous  discussion threads, I have been called a "Hillary Troll" and a "Dumbass" for saying the Kyle position, and that of his most ardent followers has the effect of turning Democratic and Independent (or third party) Voters off to the prospect of voting for Hillary -- as opposed to tossing their votes away on someone who cannot win, or simply not voting at all, and thereby enhancing the significance of Trump vote.

NOTE:
1.  Those voting for Trump have absolutely no reason to vote for Third Party candidates who oppose their ideological preferences -- especially when THE DONALD has voiced their bias and bigotry in such compelling terms.
2.  Given all the investigations which have proven to be either baseless or common practice among her predecessors in the same Governmental Offices   (private email servers used by Connie Rice and Collen Powel because they were actually more secure than the official government servers of the era), it seems ridiculous to single out Hillary and make believe that she did something wrong while they did not.  It becomes even more silly when Dick Cheney uses an RNC server  -- which had no security -- for millions of Whitehouse-related emails, then knowingly and willfully violates Federal Law by destroying 30 million of them ... with no investigation or prosecution (which, because the actions and law are explicitly clear, would have led to an easy conviction).
3.  Fact Checking groups routinely give Hillary an 85% HONESTY rating -- which is among the highest ratings of any who have been rated to date.   Yet she is called "dishonest".  She is accused of "Pay-for-Play" because she meets with large donors to her charity foundation.
Yet EVERY CHARITY has a similar meeting between large donors and those who head the Charity; EVERY College and University has the board members and Faculty Presidents meet with large donors -- they even go so far as to name rooms/labs/buildings after those donors.  Then to the are the Education Charity donors who fund and therefore have scholarships named after them.
But it's Hillary, Bill, and Chelsea, so the standard practices are to be abandoned -- even while no other person in the public limelight is expected to follow suit.
OK -- GUILTY of being a Dumbass because I expect everyone to be subject to the same rules of behavior.  In this regard we have:
4.  a.  Donald Trump paid the IRS a $2,500 penalty this year after it was revealed that Trump's charitable foundation had violated tax laws by giving a $25,000 political contribution from the Donald J. Trump Foundation to a campaign group connected to Florida's Attorney General Pam Bondi was considering whether to investigate fraud allegations against Trump University. She decided not to pursue the case.  Which appears to be a clear case of "Pay-for-Play" bribery (as opposed to being nice to a charity donor who made a sizable donation in exchange for absolute nothing of tangible legal or monetary benefit).   Guilty of being a Dumbass because I can see the difference between 3 & 4a.
4. b.  We can take 4a a step further: The resulting tax filing  shows the Trump Foundation did not notify the IRS of this political donation.  Rather it listed the amount as a "BOGUS" donation — for $25,000 not given the Kansas group — to a Kansas charity with a name similar to that of Bondi's political group.  HUM sounds like willful tax fraud compounding the Foundation Charity fraud violation.
4. c.  Trump Used $258,000 From His Charity To Settle Legal Problems that involved the billionaire’s for-profit businesses, and in a dispute over the height of a flagpole, Trump used charitable funds to pay off “$120,000 in unpaid fines from the town of Palm Beach, Florida.  It has been discovered that Trump Foundation funds were also used to settle a legal dispute at one of Trump’s golf courses in New York.   In addition $5,000 from the foundation bought advertisements touting his chain of hotels in programs for three events -- this one, if it promoted a charity related series of events, MIGHT pass muster, but using “$10,000 of the foundation’s money on a portrait of himself bought at a charity fundraiser” would seem to be questionable (but might be explained if permanently displayed at charity headquarters as founder portrait .
If we get into Trump loans and other financial involvements, from a purely business standpoint they would probably pass muster, but when involving a POTUS they introduce conflicts of interest that could arise to impeachable levels.

In terms of IMPEACHMENT, the past criminal activities, plus the frauds associated with TRUMP UNIVERSITY involving Criminal-Racketeering violations, have already been pointed to as Constitutionally Impeachable offenses which could see Trump removed from office before he is even sworn in.  Which means a Trump victory yields four years of a POTUS Mike Pence.  Once again, Guilty of being a Dumbass because I can see the reality resulting from convincing idiots to toss away their Hillary vote and thus shift the results so that the fixed Trump-Pence vote becomes the majority vote and results in POTUS Mike Pence and the first actually successful impeachment of an elected POTUS in American History.
Just because the Republicans have yelled "Dishonest" and "Criminal" at Hillary for two decades does not make it so.  The PROVEN FACTS show the Republicans have been consistent liars and generally guilty of the crimes they accuse Hillary of.  Again, Guilty of being a Dumbass because I can see the reality and routinely point it out to devout idiots.
Trump's policies, {such as building a border wall, deporting undocumented immigrants, and  an institutionalize ban on the basis of religion -- initially the banning of Muslims -- with its focus on the Middle Eastern countries, reminiscent of the Chinese Exclusion Act} would be carried further to right by POTUS Pence,  and would ‘violate the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 8th Amendments to the Constitution.  Thus opening the way to a Constitutional Crisis, possible 2nd POTUS Impeachment.   Excluding any impeachment -- assuming Republicans retain control of  the Senate and Congress -- It has also been legally established that Trump “could retain as much control or ownership [over his businesses] as he wants, because Presidents are not bound by the same conflict-of-interest statute that restricts Cabinet officers and White House staff.”   Thus, the idea that he kids would run the business -- which they are effectively doing already -- would not introduce the "Blind Trust" legal problem, even while defeating its purpose.  Again, Guilty of being a Dumbass because I can see the reality and don't want to go there.

In terms of the "DUMBASS IDEA" that an attack on Hillary is effectively a call to secure votes for Trump, one might consider this logic stream:
1.  If someone sits home and doesn't vote -- basically saying "none of the above", and also negating any say they might have in the Senate or Congressional races (as well as purely local issues or candidates) Third Party votes -- their voice declares they will blindly and quietly accept whatever everyone else decides.  THAT IS a truly dumbass position to take.
2.  If someone decides to vote for a third party, and there is no Independent candidate who can win (Noone like  Angus King in Maine, or Bernie Sanders in Vermont), then they have thrown their vote away.  On the POTUS level, there are no potential third party winners -- none have sufficient support to even make it into the debates.  On other levels of Government, the issue is  determined state-by-state and I have no interest in doing that analysis on state-by-state levels.  Let the voters decide the reality -- assuming they aren't too stupid to realize their future and that of their families depends on their choice ... now, possibly, more than other  time in history.  It is pure DUMBASS to throw your vote away on a loser or "pointless symbolic gesture" which nobody cares about or will even recognize as  anything other than pure stupidity.
3.  Someone decides they want the demonstrated criminal and bigot -- so they vote Trump.  It goes with being a Republican and promoting THE MOST HARM TO THE MOST PEOPLE in the most efficient "once in a lifetime" manner available.  With luck, they win, the nation goes to war -- builds the Mexican wall and spends every bit as much as the Bush-wars will ultimately cost.  That might be dumbass, but it is a citizen voter's right to be as stupid as they wish in the goals they seek to accomplish and force upon other.  We saw it long before voting ... with the Inquisitions and Crusades ... and every other time a nation or governing group has gone to great lengths to attack others in distant lands.
4.   Someone decides they want the accused "establishment member" who is called a criminal -- that's their choice.  What do we know?  That she was a good Secretary of State, has been the First Lady of the United Staes for eight years and so knows how the White House works ... and during those eight years, the economy prospered (Bill is there to advise and see the Obama economy continues).  Of course, according to those who do not vote Hillary, that's the Dumbass view.

So here are the logical options:
A. Third Party candidate wins ... makes me a dumbass for doubting it could happen.
B. Trump wins and does a GREAT JOB proves to be the GREATEST POTUS in history; again, makes me a dumbass for doubting it could happen.
C.  Hillary wins, becomes First Female POTUS in nation's history and:
C1. falls flat on her face thus making me a dumbass for thinking a woman, or this woman could be a viable POTUS and therefore no different than the average incompetent Republican criminals which have marked every one of them since NIXON.
C2. Manages to out Obama Obama and delivers on anything Bernie can get through Congress  thereby fulfilling the dreams of Bernie supporters, making them the proven DUMBASS.
C3. Manages to do a respectable or passable job... those who opposed her are shown to have been wrong and remain the DUMBASS.
c4. She wins but so does the Republicans in the 470 seats up for grabs ... obstructionism rules the day and nobody among the citizens wins ... the economy manages to stall and collapse ... blame will be placed on Hillary and women in general -- meanwhile, breadlines will return as America sinks into the status of a nation dependent upon Third World charity for survival.  Gee, the anti-Hillary people got everything they wished for,  and my projection proved correct ... those who voted Republican prove to be the DUMBASS we already know they are.
According to a September 2016 POLITICO analysis of campaign finance filings, Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has paid his family's businesses more than $8.2 million, and reveals the nature of the integrated business and political operation economic model which motivated Trump to run for and grab the Republican nomination.  This also reveals the nature of the pattern of operations (seen in his criminal usage of Foundation funds) which Trump would bring to the American Economic model  into without precedent in national politics.
Of course, by extension, it proves Hillary is a crook and therefore there is no reason to vote, or if you do vote, you should be careful to toss the vote in the garbage.
Then too, like the honest PT BARNUM he is, in 2000, Donald Trump told you all about his political business model: “I could be the first presidential candidate to run and make money on it.”

Boston Globe asks about evangelical support for Trump

In an opinion article entitled "Donald Trump, ‘The Apprentice,’ and secular rapture", the Boston Globe asks: "Why do millions of devout evangelicals enthusiastically support the most conspicuously irreligious presidential candidate in years?"

The answer is simple -- the Evangelicals never actually read the Bible and so have become the butt of "SAINT PAUL'S JOKE"

The article goes on to mention the RAPTURE -- which pertains exclusively to 144,000 Jews and already happened when they vanished during the Holocaust. (aint goin'a happen in plain sight)
About the only thing they get right is that the predicted war happens before 2050... Sir Isaac Newton calculated 2034, and in
"Biblical Prophecy: Are we in the Revelation Era" I ran the numbers in a different manner from Newton and got the same date/year.
I also got the year of Bush's Great Recession and the current election nonsense ... which was published in March 2014 -- a full year before the candidates announced they were running... so a full two years before the predicted nonsense we are now witnessing ... that's in "Death Over Life: A Prophecy of America's Destruction"

Being out from under the curve, and way ahead of that curve has some interesting consequences ... fortunately for TRUMP, many love to be under the crashing waves and pulled back by the undertow.

Theodore Schultz macroeconomics as modern/future economics

Step TWO in understanding economics -- as it was and as it evolved.
The initial stage of modern society began with the first farmer -- one individual who could produce enough for themselves and ten others.  The number ten was the ideal based on the idea that an individual male would marry and, on average, have as many as nine children.  Since reproduction is a process which constricts the minimum time between children to roughly 16 months, to produce nine children would require a minimum of 138 months from the initial conception of the first child until the birth of the ninth -- so assume 12-years.
Twelve years is puberty and early cultural adulthood -- the Romeo and Juliet age of romance and marriage which remains the age of consent in many cultures.  It would, therefore, be the age when a female would be married off, or a male would be expected to be productive enough to be self-sustaining.  The adulthood ceremony -- in Hebrew the Bar Mitzvah -- is age 13, and so falls before the birth of the tenth child would be born.

Now we introduce Government -- that is, a leadership which is a coordinator of activities of importance to the community, tribe, clan, or other groups of individuals who identify as an extended family, or mutually dependent social unit.
Military groups began as thieves -- nomadic bands of individuals who had no basis for production of crops, or fixed territorial claims for hunting.  These groups would raid tribal groups, steal their production or goods, possibly -- as in the Exodus story -- kill all the men, and take all the women of reproductive age as mates.  Or, as military, would simply kill, rob and rape then leave the territory and seek out a new target for their aggression.
This form of a tribal military organization was then responded to by the formation of a defense force which would then become a different form of territorial-thief whose goal was the expansion of borders.
There is a common need to [protect and nurture one's own.   This is the basis of charity and is also a role of Government.  Individuals can assist individuals on a relatively random basis.  But to ensure that all individuals who are in need are cared for requires a system created expressly for that purpose -- this is either the "religious leader" or the government -- both might effectively be the same.
Ultimately, one tenth of all production was needed to ensure that there were ample funds for defense and charity.  Charity being the proper maintenance of the elderly, sick, orphaned, or injured.  By its nature, a government is a service and so  is effectively more productive -- if conducted without discrimination or arbitrary restrictions on  who can benefit from their services.  Each level of restriction introduces levels of inefficiency which then reduce the ability to respond to need and raise the cost of any response.
As we move away from farms into factories and then on to service economies, the age of independence and productivity increases.  Where a 13-year-old could, without question, farm or handle sheep and cattle, without the need for education,  as employment required education the age of independence increased.
At the dawn of the industrial age, there was a transition based on apprenticeship -- and that allowed for child labor and only minimal education.   But that soon changed and child labor gave way to extended education -- six years of education yielded to the need for 12 years.  Now the twelve has become 16-years and is moving in the direction of 18-20 years.  The age of independence is rising -- though not as rapidly as the  number of years of education.  Human Physiology is such that it demands reproduction between 18 and 45, with the ideal age for a woman to have her first child being prior to age 30.  Therefore there is a growing overlap between female education and childbearing.  There is also a graying area in the definition of productivity.   As efficiencies increase, unemployment will become a problem, unless the definition of a workweek is changed and fewer hours yield the same pay.
But, we'll get to that.

For now,  take a look at the Federal Budget -- MILITARY as THIEVES ... 57% of the Budget.  Ike Eisenhower warned of the Military Industrial Complex and the damage it would do.
Why does America spend more than half its budget on the ability to kill people?
Why does it spend more than the next 5 to 7 Nations combined?
Why has it bgun a conflict that has lasted since 9/11, and killed tens of thousands wiothout achieving anything?
Could it be the goal is to destroy the American economy?

Divine Microeconomics -- or economics explains Homosexuals

While Evangelicals and Conservative enjoy demonstrating their gross ignorance, bigotry, and outright stupidity, it is not necessary for those who want to understand to do so.  As much as the ignorant might protest the idea, the Bible is  a guide to economics [as well as Health, Social Wellbeing, and the basics of creation].

The Economics of a Pastoral Community divided labor into two classic Hunter-gatherer groups: Male and Female.  The men travel and hunt, the women care for the home and gather that which propagates and grows naturally.  Anyone who does a search will find that there are a lot of verses on debt forgiveness and the various obligations of creditors and debtors.  But to understand their roles, we need to first understand the role of Homosexuality in mammals -- specifically in human economic culture.

Consider this simple illustration.  If we have a Biblical era field, it produces a specific amount of food based upon the labor of an individual.  The more individuals farming, the more land can be farmed, and the more product produced.  A certain amount of all production MUST go to meet the personal needs of those farming; if they have families, the family needs must also be met.
By definition, homosexual males do not reproduce, and so have no families.  If the mate with another male, BOTH males work the fields and so meet their own needs while doubling the surplus.  If you have workers, servants or slaves, once again the surplus produced increases -- providing the fields are productive enough to cover the number of workers; that means there is a balance between the size of the field and the idea number of worker.  Single males -- gay or straight -- put the least burden on the product produced and, therefore, create the most surplus.  This we see in the chart, which assumes one individual produces eleven units, consuming one, and yielding ten units of surplus for sale or to be distributed to those engaged in other activities.

The role of the homosexual (or single individual) is to produce the surplus units necessary to enable others to fulfill their role -- invent means to enhance society, hunt for food, or defend those who hunt and gather.

When we deal with a female, a lesbian, their only role is to reproduce or care for children.  A bisexual woman would be bisexual to allow  her to engage in reproduction, while still engaging in the gender or sexual role she was designed for.  In a harem, the lesbian serves a multitude of  very necessary purposes -- with the added advantage that she need not be serviced by the male unless she wishes to reproduce, or is needed for reproduction.
If we think about male bisexuality -- first promiscuous behavior risks the spread of disease between males and then their bisexuality spreads it to a female, who could spread it to a child.  Thinking through all the ramifications the risk of female-to-female is minor when compared to the benefits derived within a harem -- where one male if infected, would spread the disease to all his wives.
But we need to deal with the economics of a heterosexual couple, and for that, we can loot to the next illustration.

Once again, we assume eleven units of production for every for each male.  In this case, a married male with the historically traditional family of a wife and six  surviving children.  The surplus is meager -- one unit.  If the couple has only four children, they are three times as wealthy; if they have only two surviving -- which is the number needed to replace themselves and keep the population at a constant level -- they are seven times as wealthy as they were with six children, and will two units wealthier when their children leave home and start their own productive units.

It doesn't matter if we are discussing farm output, manufactured commodities, or services -- there is an established productivity and it must conform to the demand or go to waste.   If the produce from a farm has no market, it would pay the farmer to have slaves or servants sufficient to consume the surplus.  It is only when there is a product demand that the balance between slave/servants and their productivity must be addressed.  As society moved toward a service driven, or industrialized, economy, the logic (economic value) of slavery vanished.

Actually, to say that "the logic (economic value) of slavery vanished" could be, and should be, deemed inaccurate.  The logic of agricultural slavery vanished but was reintroduced (in a modified form) in the commercial and manufacturing segment of the economy.  This was then  augmented by enhanced farm productivity -- in the Bible, we see it as the commandment to leave the fields fallow every 7-years -- allowing them to recharge and keep or sustain their productivity.  The addition of irrigation, and various changes in design, as well as crop rotation, further augmented productivity.  But it wasn't until the 20th-century that America developed the ability to produce four times the 19th-century yield per acre, and this allowed fields to be "warehoused" for future use -- or the least productive fields top be converted to other, more modern and more practical use.

This brings us to the issue of Aggregate Demand [AD] which is defined as " the total demand for final goods and services in an economy at a given time.  It specifies the amounts of goods and services that will be purchased at all possible price levels."   In our illustration, it becomes the balance point in the sale of output as defined between production and waste.  In a Laffer Curve presentation, it defines the point in taxation where investment gains are offset by taxes to the point where the risk of investment losses makes investment illogical and people simply spend their surplus capital of luxury items (as opposed to making  further investments whose returns, risks & taxation, would yield nothing).

In modern society, can be revealed, in macroeconomic terms, by five statements describing actions which have the seemingly illogical effect of boosting AD:
1. Artificial attempts to force wages higher will boost employment.
2. Extended unemployment benefits—paying people not to work—creates more employment.
3. Proper government spending creates situations which reduce the budget deficit by facilitating growth.
{ NOTE: some idiots assert a Keynesian model which allegedly argues that this is  impossible.  But the fact is, building Roads, Schools -- providing a first-rate education to all individuals -- police and fire protection, and to some degree rational levels of military spending , are government expenditures which the idiots make it a point to disregard in their arguments.  But without these services, and a degree of government oversight, economic growth is impossible.}
4. Aggregate Demand stimulates higher productivity.
{NOTE:   The Keynesian model, holds that it is employment, not productivity, which is enhanced by AD.  However, the farm model used above, and favored by Nobel Laurate economist Theodore Schultz, shows that first employment will increase to maximize existing productive potential, and then, for future growth, productivity will be increased -- hence Americ's farms producing four times as much per acre with an even greater reduction in farm labor employment.  The former farm labor component of the economy shifting to manufacturing and now to service sectors.}
5. Fiscal stimulus does not boost AD, rather it diverts capital to otherwise economically non-productive pursuits.  However, we have the problem of the Keynesian approach in which increased government consumption, transfers or reduced taxation increases the rate of growth of public debt without sufficient economic growth to produce a zero-sum return.
If the fiscal stimulus produces a road, or public transportation service that is necessary to render existing travel more efficient, such a stimulus serves a productivity benefit.  If the stimulus promotes higher efficiency or economic savings withing as necessary industry, it might be deemed worthwhile -- an example would be the use of wind and solar energy to augment additional needs which cannot be met by hydroelectric capacity, or which would allow production of electric closer to the point of use, and therefore eliminate wasteful transmission lines.
In all cases of fiscal stimulus, there MUST BE a provision for economic recovery of the stimulus funds directly from the stimulation investment.  That is, government MUST treat the stimulus as an investment with a clear return -- represented by some form of "mortgage" or economic participation in profit sharing which transcends any projected future tax revenues.
