SCOTUS will make ABORTION UNIVERSAL based on RELIGION

 Abortion Pills  are going to undermine the Evangelicals' push to murder women through the denial of abortion.

YEP!  We already know they want no abortion for any reason -- including saving the life of the mother...which could mean an abortion in the last weeks or days of pregnancy.

However... those who have actually read the Old Testament -- the Book Jesus taught and adhered to -- know that abortion is permitted and even mandated.  In one specific case, the woman is to take an elixir if there is any doubt that the pregnancy is due to her husband and not a third party.

ENTER THE PILL -- it is the modern form of the elixir and therefore is religiously permitted ... and SCOTUS cannot go directly against religious teachings.  Thus, the pill becomes the means of abortion... and, according to scripture, it will fail if GOD determines the baby is to be born.

Can SCOTUS overrule GOD?

Let's see the Evangelicals argue that SCOTUS is more powerful than GOD.  You can bet the hypocrites will try.

BUT... The pill is supported by religion... at least for any who claim adherence to the old testament as part of their teachings -- remember OT includes the Ten Commandments and a few other things which are deemed universal among Christians... so, again, watch the hypocrites consign themselves to eternal damnation (their go-to punishment).

HERE'S SOME FUN STUFF...ON USA BIRTH RATES  The bottom was reached in 1968 at minus 3.69%... the first pause in the increase corresponds to Roe V Wade and the climb followed the right to abort... meaning people decided to have kids... and as the Evangelicals challenged abortion people seem to have decicd to hold off having childre.

HOWEVER.... look at the rate of abortion chart:

With the  ROE V WADE decision, abortions went into decline and are now less than half what they were before 1975.  The Evangelicals are angry about that and the decline of women suffering death or sterilization due to illegal abortions... so they want Roe overturned and the death rates to increase.... along with the number of abortions -- they back this up by opposing medical care and child care...

OK, that's the relevant opening... "General Welfare" is NOT promoted by denial of a medical procedure that would prevent a woman from dying.  Such a death would certainly disrupt "domestic Tranquility" within her family and possibly within the community as a whole.

The right to life is our most precious and fundamental right and this right begins at conception. It is unconscionable and feckless for Democrats to legislate unlimited on demand abortions through all nine months of pregnancy. Not only is this bill an attack on humanity, it is anti-science. I will always stand for the sanctity of life, give a voice to the voiceless, and protect the unborn,”

So we have a question of "LIFE" -- we know the Bible says BIRTHRIGHT begins when the first portion of the fetus exits the womb in a natural way.  So there is no "BIRTHRIGHT" bestowed on a fetus.  Furthermore, if someone attacked the mother and the fetus died, it is to be treated as property and the father is to be compensated for the loss -- it is NOT murder ... at least not according to the Bible.  Moreover, the Bible actually recommends or mandates abortion in several cases... one is when the woman passes off the lover's fetus as her husband's.

Those who wave the Bible condemn their souls by denial of the Bible on this issue.  Look around at all the pro-lifers who volunteer to go to hell for eternal torment.

NEXT is the fetus a "person"?  Constitutionally....NO!

How do we know...?   Take a look at the basis of taxes and apportionment of representatives as originally stated...

"(Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three-fifths of all other Persons.)" 

"whole Number of free Persons" -- if a fetus is a person, the Constitution mandates it be counted as part of the Census enumeration process.  If it is not a person, it does not get counted.  A fetus is NOT counted -- so is not a person or... or the Federal and State governments have illegally omitted them from the enumeration process.  THE SCOTUS MUST DETERMINE THIS QUESTION BEFORE RULING ON ABORTION.  If a fetus is not a person, it is an organic growth -- same as cancer, tumor, cist, or any other medical growth.

Possibly the laws need to be changed to have citizenship start at conception.  That too can get interesting... After all, if a fetus is a person, then it must have citizenship...it must have rights -- and be counted for welfare or other benefits.

Senator Kevin Cramer was quoted saying the fetus was worth the mother's life -- an assertion consistent with pro-lifer since 1973.  However, the Cramer quote has been branded false -- abortion would be allowed for rape, incest, or a threat to the mother's life... the latter could occur in the final days of pregnancy so abortion should be legal up to birth (when the fetus would not be viable -- were it, a C-section, not abortion would be performed.)

Those opposing abortion through the full term are basically saying kill the mother in month nine.

Pro-lifers are PRO-DEATH and that is proven by their opposition to medical care for pregnancy... and a period thereafter.  They love to see babies sick or die for want of medical care ... doubt it?  Ask what law they promote to ensure proper care from conception to a year after birth.  {BOTH mom and child/chldren}

Watch where they are quiet on medical care, housing, and other needs... THEY LIKE HARDSHIP & DEATH ... they want more to witness....

With the March 2020 publication, Biden was indicated to be POTUS 46.  Were the Democratic leaders smart, TULSI GABBARD would be their candidate in 2024.  Or, the DNC can decide to lose the Oval and then nominate her in 2028.

Of course, BOTH Parties could select candidates who don't rate on the chart...thus ending America in time for World War Three in 2033.

DEFINE WOMAN -- the US CONGRESS is too stupi9d to do so.

It's a fun question with several answers. Biologically, on a chromosomal level, a woman is XX and a man XY... 

Bible freaks should love that -- since you can make a woman from a man by taking and duplicating the male X... but you cannot pull a Y chromosome from a woman. (Adams "rib", or genetic source, is biologically logical).

Women can have babies, men cannot ... therefore the creator deemed it important to have women and make them superior to men and the only ones capable of fulfilling the commandment to "go forth and multiply".

Or, we can say a woman is not a man... and the definition then falls to what a man is... Don't we have an estemed document that states:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, ALL MEN are created equal."

Does that mean women are excluded?

Or is Man simply an alternative term for the human species?  Thus encompassing both genetic variations...regardless, we know from the statement that MEN are created equal, so there is no racial difference between "men" -- all races of men are created equal.

If a MAN has cosmetic surgery to appear to be a woman... does that make him a woman even though his chromosomes say he is a man? Thus, is "Woman" simply a matter of cosmetic appearance without any regard for the biological component? 

Given the possibilities, a woman who cannot have a baby is a man... and might want to consider undergoing cosmetic surgery so as to be "EQUAL" to a Man.

Shall l we continue to have fun with the possibilities...or simply admit that Congress is too stupid to clarify the term...and that is why it turned to Judge Jackson for an answer -- they know she is far smarter than they are.

Men might be created equal, but women are not equal...some are superior -- like Judge Jackson (which is why she was asked a question Congress has failed to address or answer).

Or they are clearly inferior -- like the Female Senator who posited the question to Judge Jackson.

It is possible that 2033 will NOT be a war, but will be when we realize the population has fallen by a third from its peak ... so the Global Population will be under 7 Billion people.
