Ilhan Omar Case -- will fall apart if removed from Social Media and made real.

 The Ilhna Pmar case is going to be dropped, or will prove to be fun.

To prove their case, the Government MUST provide all documentation related to her father -- specifically, any documents he filled out and signed as part of the immigration and citizenship process.  As we shall see, if they fail to provide the documents, they are OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE and denying Omar her DUE PROCESS.

Her dad came here and provided documents stating her Birthday and that of the other children who subsequently entered.  He would also have provided a statement saying when his wife died.

Since her father established the birthday, Ilhan Omar -- a minor who was not yet in the country -- cannot be held responsible.  Nor is she responsible for the date her father stated, which she carried forward on other documents, or that appeared on legal documents later used to establish her date of birth.

Before Ilhan can be charged with use of a false birthdate, prosecutors would need to prove she altered it.  If her father stated it on the dependent admission forms, he is responsible.  Even if prosecutors argued that she knew a different year, it was enough for her father to tell a minor child that the calendar in America was different.

Somalia has its own traditional calendar system, developed around the sun, moon, stars, seasons, and the practical needs of pastoralists, farmers, and seafarers. It is distinct from both the Gregorian calendar used for modern civil affairs and the Islamic Hijri calendar used for religious observances.

While the Gregorian calendar was generally the most likely calendar used for an official birth record in an urban or government setting, historical sources indicate that, in the 1980s, birth registration was limited, especially outside hospitals, and that many Somalis traditionally identified births by the year, season, drought, or another memorable event rather than an exact day and month.

For example, a person born in Somalia in 1975 might have a government record showing only the birth year, or an assigned date such as January 1 if the exact date was unknown. That does not mean January 1 was the actual birth date.  So when we look at Kern's request for records pertaining to Ilhan's father, we see the birth date as 1 January 1941.  Alienia Kern messed up because the father was, based on data related to his death, born 11 years later, in July 1952.

As to Ilhan's birth year.  It appears, apart from a Gregorian calendar, Somalis also use a Jubilee calendar system involving a 365-day year where the starting weekday advances by one day each year, and creates a repeating seven-year naming sequence.  Seven repetitions of that sequence are the 49-year period, which echoes the Ethiopian Bible calendar and Hebrew 49-year Jubilee cycle.  The calendar’s seasonal year begins in October – Ilhan was born on the 4th of October, so around the start of a Jubilee calendar year.

Assuming they prove she was born in 1981, she would be 3 years and five months older than the husband they claim is her brother.  But an undisputed assertion is that her mother's death occurred when Ilhan was two.  If they are siblings, who was the husband's mother, and if Ilhan was born a year earlier than the stated date, who was his mother?

The issue of her mother's death is one the prosecutors would also need to establish a firm date for.  Her marriage certificate states both birthdates -- he was 23 years old, born on 4/4/85, and she was 26, born 10/04/82:

The derived citizenship argument is that she was 27, born 10/04/81.  If her mother died before Ilhan's third birthday, that death occurred before 10/04/84 -- or a full five months, possibly a full year, before her husband was born.  This raises the issue of who his mother was and whether the prosecutors prove a connection to Ilhan's father.

DNA testing does not exclude a brother or a cousin being the husband’s biological father – only a combination of the X & Y chromosomes would establish they are siblings.  The DNA must show the husband's Y-chromosome matches Ilhan's father to establish they're half-siblings; an X-chromosome match to Ilhan would establish they are full siblings.  All other markers would be consistent with a multi-generational closed community.

The United States has several regions where long-term residents have unusually strong shared ancestry because of geographic isolation, settlement by a relatively small founding population, religious or cultural endogamy (marrying within the community), or generations of limited migration.  Two examples would be the Amish communities — Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana; Hutterite colonies — the Dakotas and northern Great Plains.  Though most people would probably think of  “Hillbilly” communities in central or southern Appalachia — West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, southwestern Virginia, and eastern Tennessee.

Long-established island and coastal settlements in New England, such as Downeast Maine, often boast that everyone there is a cousin – meaning common ancestry.  Those familiar with Jonathon's POTUS Cousins know his parents were “distant cousins” – the usual 1-in-7 generational marry-back typical of most family trees.  Much like the connection existing between Marla Ann Maples and Donald John Trump, who are 18th cousins.
