RUSSIA and WORLD WAR THREE -- they win

Things are getting more interesting every day.  The Ukraine War is in its second year and Russia has aligned with Iran, while China seeks to keep both as friends and allies.

Russians are chess players, they play the long game and it is about to pay off in time to fulfill the predicted World War Three in 2033.

I KNOW -- YOU DON'T GET IT.  That's cool.

Russia wanted Afghanistan, so they gave the nation a highway that was later used to attack the nation -- it proved to be a big mistake.  Russia failed to allow for the fact that Afghanistan is a source region whose power dates back to the Sumerian and before that to the lessons taught by the highly advanced and civilized Annanuki.

The United States was stupid enough to attack Afghanistan, got a twenty-year war, and then decisively lost -- putting the Taliban in power.  The Taliban is aligned with Iran so is one step away from being a partner of Russia.  Russia's desire for a warm water port is the key behind the Ukraine war.

But the fun is in advancement.  Russia is somewhat backward.  It converted to Capitalism and Moscow now has more Billionaires per capita than any other city.  But it retained the low standard of living that lacks the reliance on the Internet -- a wise move.

Russia is building Satellites that can generate EMP bursts which will disrupt or destroy wireless communication and computer systems.  The United States is all wireless and is moving toward several internet-based systems -- digital currency and credit cards.

The USA is seeing the use of cash decline and it proudly becomes cashless.  But cashless means COMPUTER and INTERNET to process transactions, give the elderly direct deposit Social Security, and do all the other neat things associated with online banking -- including paying the credit card debt.  Checks are becoming a thing of the past, and when they aren't, they still rely on bank computers.

One properly directed EMP {Electromagnetic Pulse}ends business.  Early in February 2024, the Medicare computer went down and the recipients could not fill or refill prescriptions unless they wanted to pay the cost in full.  Two weeks in Medicare instituted a thirty-day refill program that assumed full coverage.

If an EMP triggers a computer glitch, there could be a power grid failure because servers are offline.

Russia could do that from space.  Then they launch their nuclear weapons -- they have 50% more than the USA and their bombs are more powerful.  A successful launch that hits New Jersey and Virginia takes out New York City and Washington DC...plus about 15% of Americans and its major businesses.  A secondary effect could be sending the Nuclear Power reactors into meltdown, thus adding to the population and commercial damage.

Then there is China.  It's ready to command the Pacific Region.

Iran seeks to control the Middle East.

Europe will also get the EMP-Nuclear treatment.  NATO communications will be destroyed and Russia will yet to mobilize troops.

One of the preliminary actions will be from the Iranian-sponsored terrorists who are getting so much support after they attacked Israel.  If they can defeat Israel, or achieve a partition that has the appearance of being forced on them, they can then launch attacks in Europe, weakening NATO and diverting resources.  Trump's calling for NATO to pay its fair share will fall on deaf ears if those resources are needed to fight terrorism.

There is something else happening.  Global fertility rates are down to 1.6 where 2.1 is required for replacement -- population stability.  The Baby-Boom generation is now over 70 with an average death or life expectancy of 76.  That means, those born in 1948 have died or will soon die.  The Baby-Boom generation started in 1946 -- so most of them are dead.  Christians should be cheering -- the numbers mean a third of humans will be dead within the next two decades.

As the chart shows, in 2021 most of the global population was between 25 and 64.  The 64-year-olds were born in 1957.  The Baby-Boom Generation spans 1946 to 1964, so will exceed its life expectancy in 2040.  A Global War in 2033, with no babies, does serious damage to the developed nations -- or all the nations in the Northern Hemisphere where the World War will be fought. 

China has a population reserve but is concerned because the realities of its one-child policy have just begun to hit.

Consider Fertility rates for 2023/4:   India 2.312 births per woman;  Russia is reported at 1.826; China 1.707; USA 1.784; Israel 2.9

Israel is growing, China and USA are shrinking faster than Russia, India -- currently the second most populous nation, is growing and is a partner with Israel.  

If an American family wants to rule the world, they would need to have three children for every child born in the 1980s or 90s.  Keep that up {with three per marriage} for three generations and they control the nation.

The fun is, we get to see WW3 in 2033 -- the survivors of the first Boomer generation would be 87, and the last of that generation will be 69.  If the government is stupid enough to rely upon "boots on the ground" as it has in the losses since Korea, Vietnam, and Afghanistan, it will rely on those born between 1995 and 2015.  Basically, USA has NO ARMY to draw upon.

All will need to be drones and nukes.  And that means they are subject to EMP effects.  Russia wins using Iranian-terrorist boots on the ground while China destroys the Pacific and USA bases there.

As the book points out, Ukraine and Israel are critical factors in future events.  Ukraine provides the opportunity to destroy Russia NOW before it can do its attack.  Israel takes its ancestral territory, fulfills prophecy, and destroys Iran.  China does as the book tells it to do and survives to prosper as the economic center of the new world.

ISRAEL SHALL BE FREE from the river to the sea

One of the many things nobody mentions is the real history of those who call themselves Palestinians.  The name was given to or assigned to the Judean territory of Israel by the Romans after the Diaspora.

The Diaspora was the time when the Jews -- including all those who were followers of Jesus -- were expelled from Israel.  The Christian cult spread and attracted followers among those who had also been subjugated by the Romans.  As we know, Constantine the Great gained power by identifying with the Jewish-Christians and building upon similarities between the texts and Roman mythologies.  But that was after the insult associated with the territorial name change.

After the multiple rebellions that had begun in our year 66, they only became more aggressive after the destruction of the Second Temple in year 70.  In 129 CE, Emperor Hadrian changed the name of Jerusalem to Aelia Capitolina and established a Temple to Jupiter -- a major insult to the Jews and in 132 CE, Bar Kokhba led a rebellion against Hadrian.  

Obviously, it failed and the region was renamed using Philistine as the basis -- all the Jews of Israel were now Philistines -- in a territory whose Roman terminology for the barbarians of antiquity was Palestine.  Thus the Palestinians were born and they were actually JUDEAN.  Those Philistines today whose ancestry dates back over 2000 years in the region were Judeans.

Ever wonder why the Iran-sponsored Hamas terrorists are so happy to use the citizens of Gaza as human shields?  Their Charter says they will kill all the Jews and they think it funny to have the Jews of Israel kill their ancestral cousins in Gaza.

If one were to chant "Palestine shall be Free", one really means to say or reference the citizens of Gaza and not the Iranian invaders represented by Hamas, one would be chanting for the Judeans or antiquity to reclaim their territory.  The chant is calling for one-state.  The state of Israel is to be reborn under the Roman name rather than its proper name -- a name reflecting Zion and the promised land of the Children of Israel.

After the Bar Kokhba led a rebellion, a Hebrew wrote a prophecy based on the Messiah and the Hebrew Calendar -- possibly using the destruction of the Second Temple as the base.  It said that after 1000 years certain events would happen that match the Norman Invasion and Conquest in 1066.  Then another 1000 years were to pass and there would be a war whose start would be recognized as the Battle of Armageddon -- though the actual war would begin with a German-led conflict {The Roman symbol for Germans was the White Horseman} over a century earlier.

The Battle of Armageddon {a location 18 miles west of Jerusalem} is scheduled to begin in 2033.  The Messianic era should start when a third of life dies, which will be around 2066 and at that point, the Messiah will be the leader of Israel.

We are already witnessing the death cycle.  It's seen in the mass extinction on land and in the sea that is accompanying Climate Change.  We do NOT need a Third World War -- the Baby-Bust and aging Baby-Boomers will combine to ensure the global population of humanity falls from a peak of around 9 Billion people to about 6 Billion.

There could be a nuclear war.  As the book describes, we are moving in that direction.  It will take out major segments of the Northern Hemisphere where most of humanity lives.  This will also destroy much of the world's agriculture.   But Climate Change is working to help humanity survive by removing the glaciers and exposing the Antarctic Continent.  That region, Africa, and South America will compensate for the losses in the North.

Watch China.  It is determining if it wants to be a world leader or just another victim -- the book goes into how China could become the Global Leader by siding with Israel.

Russia and Iran are teaming up to destroy Europe -- that's in the book too.

For now.  Let's watch the United States destroy itself by trying to destroy Trump through the dishonesty of its Fraud Case in NYS and the insurrection nonsense that Pelosi orchestrated when she had the Capital Police escort the demonstrators to her Office and the Legislative Hall.

   

   

Court trump ruling could screw city out of cash

 The posted value for the Trump Building - 40 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005 was built in 1931 and has a current tax assessor's market value of $157,191,000.

James highlighted what she says happened with 40 Wall Street, a property in New York City’s financial district, which is referenced dozens of times in the lawsuit. Trump’s company got appraisals for the property in 2010 and 2012, which found that it was worth $200 million and $220 million respectively, according to the lawsuit. But Trump’s company repeatedly claimed that the property was worth a lot more in its official financial statements, according to the lawsuit.

Hum, seems everyone disagrees on the value of this property.  In the lawsuit many properties outside the court jurisdiction were cited -- which is illegal because they are not in the Court's jurisdiction and the judge did not allow anyone to call any witnesses to establish valuations -- instead court declared values that were a fraction of the sale price of empty land adjacent to the properties.

Curious.  How does city value properties and why are they undervalued?  Is the assortment wilfully cheating the city out of tax revenues.

If the values were, as the court suggests and ruled, over valued, property owners would be entitled to tax refund plus interest.

The details of the ruling and prosecutor's case argument would need to be examined in detail, but the city might be fraudulently over charging property owners.

Oh the fun.

Doesn't matter.  No rational developer will go near the city for at least a decade.  By the the property values should have crashed to point where there is no construction, high unemployment, and deep discounts...coops and condos will lose there current values while inflation goes up, market values will go down, spreading and multiplying the loss.

Should be fun to watch.  Especially with a baby bust killing demand, and climate change causing water to undermine city.  There is also ad known earthquake fault line the water will lubricate...so the resulting quake will add to the problems.

What is actually happening in the New York Trump fraud case is a COMMUNIST TAKEOVER the City or State.

Consider: Standard business practice involving a Loan Negotiation is labeled a fraudulent business practice.  One where there is no victim and all parties made a profit.

The court, conspiring with the prosecution, opens the case with a guilty verdict.  The proceedings are then manipulated to restrict evidence and the initial verdict is then formalized and an excessive fine, plus interest, is imposed.

The prosecutor makes it clear that a property will be confiscated.  The State then becomes the owner/landlord and collects the rent -- acquiring multiple timed the revenue it could through income or property taxes.  It also denies the Federal government their income tax revenue...which the state also pickets.

That is A COMMUNIST TAKEOVER OF PRIVATE ASSETS achieved by a State Court.

The governor then assures other owners developers, and investors that they are not at risk of falling victim to the same theft of their assets.  The governor makes that statement because the action must first be approved by the Appellate Courts -- which it will be if those judges are also Communists seeking to destroy capitalism in New York State.

Once the matter successfully moves through the appellate process, the State can then engage in the Communist takeover of private business assets.  Those revenues can then be utilized to support non citizens in the country illegally.  Among those individuals there are or will be many Communists who can then enhance the takeover in a quiet, nonviolent, under the radar, Communist Revolution.  If successful, it can then spread throughout the economic centers until the Nation has been conquered.

NYAG Theft and Election Interference Continues

 On 5 January 2024, it was reported that the dishonest NYAG is now seeking $350 million in her lawsuit against former President Donald J. Trump.

Minor issue.  The civil action for fraud has no victim -- those involved have testified that they were happy to have the business and were paid in full.  The City has received the Property Taxes on its assessment of the properties.  If the valuation was low then it was because of some level of incompetence in the City Assessor Office or because State Law requires one of multiple possible means of valuation that the NYAG now is declaring invalid.  OR, she is declaring that corporations and lenders utilize the lower valuation method.

There are THREE common means of valuing a property:

1. Fair Market Value (What a willing buyer and willing seller agree is the value)

2. Capitalized Income (what the income generated is the equivalent of relative to fair market prevailing interest rates.  NOTE, as interest rates go up, and income remains fixed, the valuation decreases.)

3. Replacement Value  (The cost to rebuild the exact structure in the same location under prevailing construction costs.)

Then there is the added or diminished value associated with "Name Brand" or association with an individual or business.  The Donald Trump Brand has a significant market value that was omitted from all the assessments of record.

The NYAG is corrupt and criminally applying the law in a way that, if applied as declared, would bankrupt every business in NYC.  There is not a single business in the city that conforms to the basis being used by the NYAG.  Failure of the NYAG to bring actions against all owners of commercial properties in the city underscores the fact that this action is, on her part, criminal.

The NYAG is trying to create publicity that will distract voters from Trump and have them stay home -- since there are no actions or promotions being made to enhance Biden.

The same is being done with the assertion that 6 January was an insurrection.

Video shows Capital Police peacefully escorting the demonstrators through the building.  In contrast, the insurrection amendment targeted a VIOLENT attack on the nation and property -- one consistent with the BLM destruction of multiple communities across the nation.  However, the same people attacking Trump have praised BLM for their destruction of private property.  They have even gone on record as asserting there should be more such attacks on the citizens of the nation.

Basically, the Insurrectionists have taken over the nation and are striving to destroy it.  Given the Israeli-Hamas action and the apparent support for Hamas being demonstrated by the UN, the world is headed for WORLD WAR THREE and a dictatorship by those who favor violence over peace.

Fortunately for the Boomer Generation, most of them will not be alive to see the war.  It will be about a decade from now.  By then, the NYAG and those supporting her will have destroyed America, so it isn't going to matter... beyond the nuclear bombs that will hit New Jersey, New York, and Washington DC.
