The mortgage rates for January 2015 are fantastic – at least in terms of the post war standard of 8%.
Normal inflation is 3% – indicating that the outlook for the next 30 years is basically for no inflation. Phrased another way, now is the ideal time to buy a home. Providing that the community will not be underwater, or shrink in population over the next 30 years.
