Now is funny: "The current state of the art is not too user friendly, has no infrastructure at State, and is very expensive."
As the story relates, Clinton requested a secure blackberry like communications device when she became Secretary of State -- but too expensive ... Really must have been, since it was cheaper to spend millions of dollars investigating the emails sent on the system the National Security Agency could provide.
Poor Republicans ... why aren't they investigating the National Security Agency to see why it couldn't provide a state-of-art secure server ... or do the Republicans already know that it is because the Republicans didn't believe security worth the funding cost -- better to give themselves tax breaks.
