Voter idiocy?

Disapproval of President Obama's handling of the economy is heading higher — alongside gasoline prices — a record number of Americans now give the president "strongly" negative reviews on the 2012 presidential campaign's most important issue.

People have decided to take a pessimistic view of Obama's performance on the economy — and on the federal budget deficit.  They seem to believe the GOP – under Bush – had nothing to do with the situation.  Moreover, they forget that the GOP is in the oil business … again, look at the Bush family and the people associated with their administrations.

Steady employment increase, numerous other signs of an Obama administration that has managed to overcome Republican economic incompetence, goes unnoticed.

Similarly, the public seems to ignore demographic reality – Baby Boomers are retiring and we are in an economic transition period … repeats of GOP policies from Reagan, Bush and Bush, would mean the destruction of this nation and World War Three.

Rising gas prices are a function of the stupidity demonstrated by Reagan removing – albeit symbolic – the solar collectors from the Carter White House.  If the GOP has its way, we will be drained of all petroleum reserves, become totally dependant on the Islamic nations, and be militaristically impotent.  It would only take a two term President and Congress controlled by the current Republican leadership … with their idiotic policies.

But … they would need to put up a decent candidate.  They know, as well as I, that they need to lose this election in order to claim an eight year term four years from now.  They MUST win then – if they are to succeed in destroying the nation.

THE MOST HARM TO THE MOST PEOPLE

its all in the timing, and reliance on the stupidity of the general public.
