Sue Obama for being Chief Executive?

The Republicans have gone completely crazy, they are suing Obama for not implementing ACA (Obamacare) fast enoguh – while also trying to have the law repealed 54 times.

Sow which is it?  Do they want it implemented as fast as possible?  Or NOT implemented at all?

Next we have the idea of a lawsuit.  The House of Representatives is charged with IMPEACHING any president who violates the authorities associated with his office.  But how do they get STANDING to sue him?  Were they personally damaged by the speed, or lack there of, of implementation of Obamacare?

Also: If the lawsuit were to somehow pass basic Legal and Constitutional  muster, would there be some form of damages assessed?

We know they cannot remove him from office – that’s Impeachment and the case needs to be made in the Senate – not the civil court.

But let’s say damages were imposed:  Obama is functioning as the President, therefore the employer must pay; that means the Government; that means the House of Representatives must authorize the payment – if they fail to, they they would be in contempt of court for not authorizing payment to themselves.

Republicans HATE the Military

Seems strange to say “Republicans HATE the Military” – but it is the truth.  they are on record as opposing, and hating, National Health Care.  But The VA Hospital is a National Health Service dedicated to the military.  Moreover, it is a post-employment healthcare system.

Go to Va.gov and you see a discussion of the Affordable Care Act which states: “The Affordable Care Act, also known as the health care law, was created to expand access to affordable health care coverage to all Americans, lower costs, and improve quality and care coordination. Under the health care law, people will have health coverage that meets a minimum standard (called "minimum essential coverage"). The health care law designates CHAMPVA as fulfilling "minimum essential coverage".”

So, effectively, CHAMPVA -- The Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs – is an ACA program and it covers spouses and dependent children.  But the Republicans have determined that those children are not entitled to purchase their own private coverage when they are no longer covered under their parent’s policy.

Worse, according to the Tea Party, those who provide essential military support services are not supposed to be entitled to coverage – this is especially true if they have a pre-existing condition.  If they happen to be female, than the Tea Party believes they should be charged more.

What are “essential military support services”?

Well, if you design computer apps which serve a military purpose – which, excluding some (but not all) games, is basically every piece of computer  software.  Of course most people do not recognize that that civilian program – the word processor, spreadsheet, graphics or that silly SKYPE communications style program is among those that have a solid military use ... but they do.

Then too there are those who make and transport the military weapons – clearly civilian, but yet they are in no way NOT military necessities.  Or food producers – “An Army runs on its stomach” … but the Republicans don’t think those who produce food are important.  At least they do not deserve the right to buy private insurance at an affordable price.

How about mechanics and vehicle manufacturers?

Where will the military be if there are no mechanics?  Sure they can train them – but who will do the training?  Are we going to import mechanics from foreign nations?  The same foreign nations that manufacture the vehicles?

Remember, the Republicans are opposed to immigration.

the real agenda – aside from their December 2013 attempt to default on the National Debt and cripple the nations credit standing or place as the international reserve currency – the real goal is to destroy the nation.

They want the support workers to be sick.  In the past this was not a problem – but now computerization has made it possible for small firms and independent workers to prosper, where in the past they needed the big firm.  We needed IBM, FORD, and GENERAL MOTORS.  But now firms like APPLE are platforms for things designed in a dorm room.  Those dorm room designs are the start-up firms which become the producers of the technology which allows improvement to targeting software and the tools to spy on the enemy.

These dorm room games become the training software which improve the efficiency of troops and save money training pilots – especially DRONE pilots.

The Republicans would prefer that these people die of some preventable and possibly medically trivial illness.

They will die because they don’t have the money to do to the doctor.

“Death Over Life” – the Book of Revelation declares that, if the Republicans prevail in the 2014 midterm election, than Washington DC will fall.  Does it say “Washington”?  Of course not – it says BABYLON THE GREAT CITY.  Do you know of any city, other than Washington DC, which qualifies as the symbolic global power which was Babylon?

We have the Red Moon, Meteor Showers, Vials of Wrath (pollution of land, sea, air, drinking water) and all the diseases which can easily become major plaques.  We have all of the Book of Revelation elements – including the predicted time of 2000 years after Christ.

OK, so that is a Republican base – Christian Evangelical base – which they rely upon for funding and votes … but whose beliefs they reject … or, when they are supported, they rely upon to bring down the nation.

“Death Over Life” – it is a reason to oppose affordable private healthcare access… as the Tea Party loves to demonstrate.

Is Ted Cruz an Obama Agent?

As we all know, Ted Cruz and the Tea Party orchestrated the the October US Government Shutdown which put 800,000 federal workers on the street – 400,000 after some minor restructuring of priorities.

Now, a Pennsylvania Attorney has posted to a discussion board the fact that the Shutdown was not the work of Ted Cruz, instead, Cruz and 161 other Republicans have been taking their marching orders from Obama.

Basically, Cruz is the visible knight in an Obama gambit to undermine confidence in his own healthcare program.

It is unclear why Obama would do this his own signature program, or, how he managed to sway 162 Republicans to his Sub Rosa team of governmental saboteurs; yet this is what appears to be emerging as part of the explanation for the faulty rollout of Obamacare.  Both the Shutdown and the software malfunction appear to be connected and intentional – apparently part of a covert plot to destroy the American political system … one gross incompetence among the Republicans made them ripe for.  Now we see the weak links in the Democratic Party rushing to join them – not realizing that they have been duped by a political mastermind.

Given the attacks on all things advocated by Jesus – care for the elderly in the form of Social Security; care for the sick in terms of Medicaid and Medicare, and now the Affordable Care Act; care for widows and orphans – it is (in the mind of that attorney) clear that the Republicans are anti-Christ.  As the analysis of Paul’s letters, in “Saint Paul’s Joke”, clearly demonstrate, we also know who are the traditional co-conspirators in this preparation for the Satanic side of the Apocalypse Prophecy.

The fun aspect remains the fact that these people will make it a self-fulfilling prophecy of global destruction.  We saw that when Ted Cruz and his 161 each voted, on October 16th, to send the United States into default on its lawful obligations, and. with it, plunge the world into a global recession.

The only real question is whether or not Obama is truly the grand Machiavellian wizard, or Ted Cruz alone is the Satanic representative among us.  Is that Pennsylvania attorney correct, and will he be presenting evidence to prove his assertion that Obama is the mastermind who has  orchestrated the Tea Party rise to national attention.

WHY TEA PARTY OPPOSES ACA

Now we know why the Tea Party opposes ACA "Obamacare, [Republican Tom Scully] said, was largely based on past Republican initiatives. “If you took George H. W. Bush’s health plan and removed the label, you’d think it was Obamacare.”  And he should know!

Scully was a principal health policy adviser under President George H. W. Bush, he helped formulate many of those past Republican initiatives — like the shift to private-insurance programs — that Obamacare has put into law. Under George W. Bush, he ran the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and oversaw a host of proto-Obamacare reforms, like Medicare Part D, which introduced competition into the government-supported health care market.

To really gain power – the power to destroy America – The Tea Party needs to discredit the Republican Old Guard policies.  Now they are faced with one of those policies being passed into law under a black Democratic President.  RACE IS A FACTOR which underlies the heart of The Tea Party base.  It doesn’t matter if both their policies and objectives will destroy that base … after all, did Hitler care that Germany would be destroyed by driving its best minds away and into the enemy research facilities?  Of course not.  Hitler was playing on ancestral hatreds, in the same way the Tea Party is relying on those hatreds to protect it from having to deliver specifics about what they deem objectionable in providing health care to their base.

Scully, who is working hard to profit from ACA, liked the market-driven private-insurance exchanges, but he detested that the law called for hundreds of billions of dollars in future subsidies to help Americans, including certain families earning up to about $95,000, buy insurance.  Scully isn’t opposed to the programs, or the law, he just fears that rapid transfer of so much money from other parts of the economy could have a negative overall effect. “It’s way too much money, way too fast,” he said. “But it’s going to be great for you investors.”

Partly obscured by the debate about coverage is the fact that the Affordable Care Act created the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, a sort of health care innovation incubator that funds companies as they explore new ways of delivering quality care more cheaply.  Note that this means there will be a degree of mandated coverage for “experimental procedures” that old policies exclude.  As a result, those policies need to be canceled and new policies which take advantage of the new – extended -- care.

The Tea Party has followed the agenda set down by al-Qaeda … right up to and including the recent vote by 162 elected representatives to default on lawful debts and send the nation into bankruptcy.

Now, beginning January 1st 2014, they will attempt to complete that objective.

CONSIDER THEIR NEXT STEP:

Ted Cruz for President.  He's a "natural-born Canadian"   He is ! NOT ! a "natural-born Citizen of the United Sates" ... his citizenship is DERIVED from his mother under a statutory provision which grants naturalization to the children of American Citizens born in other nations.  A Cruz Presidency, or vice-Presidency, would be blatantly unconstitutional -- which is the reason The Tea Party will promote it.  Should Cruz manage to get so far as to prove the ignorance of the average voter and thus be elected, there would be a statutory basis from throwing the nation into Chaos!  All al Qaeda needs is to have the orderly process of government disrupted.  So long as they do NOT attack the United States, they will be free to attack any and all other nations.  America would be in the position of having to resolve the chain of command -- to determine who is the LAWFUL Commander-in-Chief.  Who should the military take orders from, when the whole election is thrown into question?

 2017 becomes a critical year in history -- a year when horrors might befall Europe and the Global Economy... and The Tea Party is a significant element in bringing about the next great era of destruction.

One Step Closer (to Tea Party Goal)

By threatening to shut the government unless the Affordable Care act was defunded, the Tea Party and Republicans achieved the opposite of what they professed to seek – but reality is, it is exactly what they have always sought.  The government is closed, and the Affordable Care Act is going forward.  The goal was not to stop the Affordable Care Act, it was to disable the American Government.

THE MOST HARM TO THE MOST PEOPLE requires that they destroy America – it is exactly as al-Qaeda leaders have declared: increase deficit, decrease efficiency, hurt the people (in part) by denial of medical care.  Destroy, or otherwise weaken, the infrastructure.

Just watch.  Not today, but next year.  Where will the deficit be?  Up or down?  And will it be there because of the deal they make for ending this?  Consider:  Are they going to push for tax cuts?  That’s the quickest way to inflate the deficit – borrow rather than use income.  Wait and watch – enjoy the smoke and mirrors while the Tea Party does the work of al-Qaeda.
